How do I send you my text to be translated?
For the reason of simplicity and promptness, it is best to send the document in an editable format (.doc, .txt etc.) as an email attachment. Through prior agreement, it is also possible to send the text by post or fax. This, however, is the more time-consuming way in every respect!

Do you translate legal documents such as diplomas, birth certificates as well?
Yes, we do have a sworn translator in our team. You will receive the translated and certified document in paper form two-fold.

Is it more expensive to have translated urgent projects?
Usually, translations are carried out as quickly as possible. ADTranslation, however, reserves the right to charge a somewhat higher price e.g. for very urgent orders over the weekend. This will of course occur according to prior agreement with the customer!

How are invoices to be paid?
In most cases, payments are carried out by bank transfer. Usually, we do not accept checks.
